Originally from Brazil and now based in the U.S., she combines her multicultural perspective, bilingual skills, and teaching experience to connect with clients and deliver exceptional support. Her early career in education taught Vivi the importance of understanding individual needs, clear communication, and helping others succeed—skills she applies daily to her work in client services. By simplifying complex processes and providing proactive, personalized solutions, she ensures clients feel empowered and confident throughout their journey. Outside of work, Vivi enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures and meeting extraordinary people along the way, learning new languages, and camping with her husband and son during the summer.
